We offer Medicare rebates, private health rebates and flexible options to help make therapy and wellness support more accessible. Sessions are available in person or via telehealth — choose what feels right for you.

✔ Up to 40 sessions per year

We’ll process your rebate on the day (face to face clients)
Note: Rebates may increase once you’ve passed the Medicare Safety Net threshold.
Private Health
If you have private health cover, you may be eligible for a rebate. Please check with your fund for details.
Medicare and private health can’t be claimed on the same session.
Third Party Funding
While we can’t process claims directly through programs like WorkCover or NDIS, we can provide invoices and receipts if you’ve received prior approval.
Standard fees apply for all third-party referrals.
Cancellations
Life happens. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule.
Late cancellations or no-shows are charged the full session fee, as we’re unable to fill your spot at short notice.
If you're feeling unwell, you're welcome to switch to a Telehealth session instead.
Cancellation fees can’t be claimed via Medicare or private health and must be settled before your next appointment.
