Meet the Team

Aidyn is an empathetic and skilled psychologist whose approach is holistic, integrated, trauma-informed and human-centred. Aidyn creates a nurturing and transformative environment tailored to each client's unique background and needs. Her goal is to empower her clients as they navigate life's intricate challenges, particularly people facing unfamiliar territory and unexpected emotional struggles.

With a background in psychology practice, psychotherapy, psychological assessment and measurement, and report writing, Aidyn comprehends the nuances of providing psychological services to individuals across the lifespan. She has successfully guided individuals through acute and complex trauma, anxiety disorders, and personality disorders, helping them to reconnect with their values, find balance, and manage the demands of their personal and professional lives.

Believing wholeheartedly in the human capacity to adapt, evolve, and overcome challenges, Aidyn walks alongside her clients, providing the tools and insights required to overcome the unique challenges they face. Her therapeutic approach includes Schema Therapy, Dialectal Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Holistic Psychology, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy-Trauma Focused (CBT-TF), Mindfulness & Meditation, Holotropic Breathwork, and Inner Child Work. Aidyn tailors her strategies to her clients’ specific needs, helping them break free from self-sabotage, limiting beliefs, and a sense of being stuck, and ultimately fostering personal growth and self-discovery.

In her presence, you will find a warm, non-judgmental space to reflect, explore, and feel truly understood.
