Meet the Team

Patrea O’Donoghue is a Registered Psychologist, Sport & Exercise Psychologist, mindset and life coach, and International Masters Athlete. She has represented Australia at the World OCR Championships as a dual medalist and competes as a Masters swimmer. Performance, resilience, and growth are not only professional interests - they are lived experiences.

Patrea has spent her entire career focused on change. Her early professional years were in corporate change management, guiding organisations and leaders through large-scale transformation. Since completing her Masters degree in psychology, her focus has shifted to personal change, observing how individuals respond to transitions that are either imposed upon them or initiated by choice.

Across both corporate and clinical settings, one factor consistently influences the success of change: perspective. The outlook a person holds toward changing circumstances profoundly impacts their wellbeing, performance, and long-term growth. Patrea believes that mastering the mind, our thoughts, interpretations, and internal narratives is foundational to flourishing in life.

Her approach blends the science of positive psychology with the wisdom of lived experience. Her style is warm, grounded, and quietly challenging, grounded in the belief that meaningful breakthroughs often occur just beyond the comfort zone.

A central mission of her work is contributing to Professor Martin Seligman’s “moonshot” goal of having 51% of the world’s population flourishing by 2051. She supports this vision by guiding clients to become more conscious of their thoughts, words, and actions, cultivating clarity, resilience, and intentional living so they can love the life they live.

Patrea supports clients to:

- Let go of who they think they should be and reconnect with who            they truly are
- Build confidence, clarity, and momentum toward what matters most
- Stop playing small and step fully into their potential

Her work is not about “fixing” individuals. It is about helping them rediscover themselves, sometimes again, sometimes for the first time.
